- Parental consent required — A parent or guardian creates the account and manages all child profiles. Children never register themselves.
- Data minimisation — We collect only what is strictly necessary: parent email, child name/age, and voice audio processed in real time.
- Right to access & portability — Parents can export all their data at any time from account settings.
- Right to erasure — Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data within 30 days.
- No third-party marketing — Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Ever.
- Encrypted & EU-hosted — All data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Servers located in Belgium (europe-west1).
- COPPA aligned — No behavioural profiling or direct marketing to children under 13, applied globally.
